Nice custom drapes, some delays

Custom stuff is usually final sale everywhere, and I think that's the case with Veilveil too. You really gotta double check your measurements before ordering. They do have a policy for defective items though, if it's their fault.

It's custom so it takes a bit. I ordered mine for my living room like two months ago and I think it was maybe 3-4 weeks for production then shipping? It wasn't super fast but the quality was legit.

Yeah, I just got some roman shades from them. Production usually takes 3-4 weeks. Then shipping to the East Coast was another week for me, so plan for about a month, maybe a bit more. They keep you updated though.

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code per order. Most places are like that. I tried it once and it only let me apply one at checkout.

I've never been able to stack codes there, unfortunately. Usually, it's just one promo per order. They sometimes have sitewide sales that don't need a code though, and those combine automatically.

Definitely better than Pottery Barn, especially for custom stuff. I got linen drapes and they feel really luxurious, totally worth it. The customization options are way more extensive too.

I'd say yes. I compared them to The Shade Store when I was looking for some velvet drapes and Veilveil felt more substantial and less expensive for similar quality. My pinch pleat ones are super well made.
